FlexiBook protects you when shoots don't go to plan. Models cancel, products delay, clients reschedule, your booking adapts without financial penalty. Here's how photographers use FlexiBook in real scenarios.
Shoots don't go to plan. We won't punish you for it.

Photography shoots are unpredictable. We built FlexiBook because rigid cancellation policies punish photographers for circumstances beyond their control. Removing booking anxiety means you can book confidently and focus on your work, not "what if" scenarios.
You're charged the full booking rate. The 1-hour cutoff exists because we can't realistically offer the time slot to another photographer with less than an hour's notice. We need reasonable time to make the slot available.
Yes, as long as each change is made at least 1 hour before your scheduled start time. No limit on reschedules. We'd rather you find the right time than lose your booking.
If your preferred new time isn't available, you can:

No. Click the link in your confirmation email, cancel or reschedule, done. No explanations, no phone calls, no judgment required.
Contact us immediately. While the policy states full charge within 1 hour, we're reasonable humans. Genuine emergencies (medical, family, safety) will be handled with understanding. We'll work with you.
For security, only the person who made the booking should cancel or reschedule using their unique email link. If you need someone else to handle it, contact us directly with your booking details.

No. It's included automatically with every booking at no additional fee. No opt-in required. It's just how our bookings work.
If the time slot is still available after you cancel, you can re-book it normally through our booking system. But we can't hold slots, so availability isn't guaranteed. If you're unsure about cancelling, contact us first, we can help you decide.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Your official refund may take up to 10 days to process.
Yes, if the new time slot and duration are available. The new booking rate applies. For example, if you booked 2 hours ($218) but reschedule to a half-day ($349), you pay the $131 difference. If you downgrade, we refund the difference. The best method is to cancel the original booking, then rebook your desired timeslot.
If you're going to be late but still arriving, your booking time doesn't automatically extend. You'll lose the minutes you're late. To avoid this, reschedule to a later time (if available) using your FlexiBook link before your original start time.
Yes with some key changes. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours before your first day to cancel or reschedule. You will need to contact us to manage multi day bookings.
No. FlexiBook only applies to changes made before your booking starts. Once you've accessed the studio and your booking has begun, the full booked time is charged even if you leave early.
