Yes, 2-hour minimum for hourly bookings. This gives you enough time to set up, shoot comfortably, and pack down without rushing. Half-day and full-day packages are fixed durations.
No. Same $109/hour rate whether it's Tuesday at 2pm or Saturday at 9pm. No weekend surcharges, no holiday premiums, no peak time pricing.
Credit card or debit card via our secure online booking system. For multi-day bookings, bank transfer is available, contact us to arrange.
Multi-day bookings must be consecutive days. Contact us directly to arrange. Equipment can stay set up between sessions (security deposit required).

7am to midnight, seven days a week, 365 days per year. Book early morning
for high-volume e-commerce product shoots, quick sessions before work, or
late evening after hours. The studio is available when you need it.
24 hours before your shoot, we email your unique access code. Arrive at your booked time (or up to 15 minutes early), enter your code at the door, and walk in. The studio is yours for your booked time. When finished, pack down and leave, the door locks automatically behind you.
No. Your personal access code works only during your booked hours. No keys to collect, no staff to coordinate with, no checkout process.
Yes. 15 minutes early access is included free (not charged). This gives you time to unload equipment from your vehicle and start setting up before your paid time begins.
You have 30 minutes after your booking ends (included free) to pack down and restore the studio. Leave equipment where you found it, turn off lights, and walk out. The door locks automatically. No checkout, no staff inspection.
No. It's a self-access studio with complete privacy. No staff watching, no interruptions. If you need assistance, contact us via email or phone, support available during business hours.
Firstly, check your junk or spam folder for our email 24 hours before your booking. If you cannot find the code information, contact us immediately via phone. We provide support during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, emergency contact details are included in your booking confirmation email.

Your full booked time is for shooting. If you book 10am-2pm, that's 4 hours of shooting time. Plus 15 minutes before (9:45am arrival) and 30 minutes after (2:30pm finish) for setup and pack-down. Total access: 4 hours 45 minutes, charged for 4 hours.
Leave whenever you're done. You've paid for the time, so the studio is yours for the full duration. Pack down when ready and walk out.

Yes. Three dedicated parking spaces directly outside the studio entrance, plus unlimited free street parking surrounding the building. No parking meters, no time limits, no permits required.
Ground-floor studio with 7-meter roller door opening directly to parking. Drive up, park at the entrance, open the roller door, and roll equipment straight inside. No stairs, no elevators, no carrying gear down narrow hallways. Load in within minutes.
20-minute drive via Nepean Highway. Easy access from South East suburbs (Dandenong, Frankston), Eastern suburbs (Glen Waverley, Box Hill), and Bayside areas (Brighton, Sandringham, Mentone).
Southland train station (Frankston line) is a 15-minute walk or short Uber ride from the studio. Multiple bus routes run along Bay Road with stops nearby.

No. Bookings are non-transferable for security reasons. If you can't use your booked time, cancel via FlexiBook (up to 1 hour before) and let someone else book directly.
Accidents happen. Minor wear and tear is expected with normal use. Significant damage beyond normal use will be assessed and repair costs discussed. We don't charge security deposits upfront.
No permanent modifications. No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls. Temporary setups using stands, clamps, and our equipment only. Leave no trace behind.
Studio is in an industrial area, so reasonable noise is fine. Play music, direct models, work normally. Just be respectful of any neighboring businesses during your session.
Yes, if booked for private use during your time slot. Contact us for workshop inquiries or multiple-day educational bookings.

No, not at this stage. Close the 7-meter roller door and window curtains to reduce the light, however our studio is naturally flooded with natural light through ceiling skylights, and north facing windows.
Bring any specialised equipment you need. Our space, power infrastructure, and support systems (C-stands, backdrop stands, outlets) work seamlessly with external gear. Most photographers bring specific modifiers or cameras they prefer.

Yes. High-speed WiFi included for wireless tethering, or use USB cables for wired tethering. Bring your laptop, tethering software, and cables. Power outlets and table surfaces available throughout the studio. We have a 4k monitor for you to use as a secondary display.
